How is THIS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING different from OTHER YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS?

This yoga teacher training emphasizes the holistic aspect of yoga for the cultivation of physical, mental, and emotional health. Yoga is more than exercise - it is a state of connectedness. This state is achieved through many ways - through the perennial practices of yoga: yamas-niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, and dhyana. This teacher training combines yoga essentials - ethics and integrity practices, mindful movement, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation, and yogic knowledge. By incorporating all these beautiful facets of yoga we not explore the physical body, but also really sharpen our sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence.
